CA0113 - Do not assign values to constants

A declared Constant has its value set at the time of declaration, and the value of that constant cannot be changed. Attempting to change the value will result in a run-time error.

You cannot change the value of a constant, and any attempt to do so is typically an error. If you find that the value does require modification at run-time, you will need to change the declaration from a constant to a standard variable.
