CA0119 - Avoid addition operator for string concatenation

Summary

VBScript provides the string concatenation operator (&) for joining two strings. If you use the addition operator (+) on two strings, VBScript will also perform concatenation. Since the addition operator can have a dual purpose, it is not always clear if the developer had intended to concatenate two strings or to perform a different operation.

Solution

Change the addition operator (+) to the string concatenation operator (&).
