The Options dialog is displayed by selecting Tools -> Options from the main menu. Then select Environment -> Find and Replace from the tree on the left.
Display informational messages
Indicates if informational messages are displayed during find/replace searches.
Display warning messages
Indicates if warning messages are displayed during find/replace searches.
Automatically populate Find What with text from the editor
When this option is turned on, the word or selected text within the active document window will automatically be placed in the Find What field of the Find and Replace tool window.
Hide Find and Replace window after a match is located for Quick Find or Quick Replace
When this option is turned on, the Find and Replace tool window will automatically close if a match is found during a Quick Find or Quick Replace operation.
Most Recently Used Items
Items shown in most recently used lists
Sets the number of items to appear in the recently used list of search and replace values.
Clear Most Recently Used Items
Click this button to clear the recently used search and replace values.
Find/Replace in Files
Ignore these file types when searching files
Specify a semi-colon (;) delimited list of file types to ignore when searching for text within files. This helps prevent Test Design Studio from searching within
non-text files like images, spreadsheets, and executables. Wildcards can be used to specify files by extension (i.e. *.zip).
