The Options dialog is displayed by selecting Tools -> Options from the main menu. Then select Text Editor -> VBScript -> Code Analysis from the tree on the left.
Note: Code Analysis is currently only available on the VBScript language.
Test Design Studio features powerful static code analysis features to analyze your code for common coding mistakes or potential issues. These options allow you to have control over how those rules are applied to your code.
|Select which code analysis messages to enable||Test Design Studio ships with many pre-defined code analysis rules. You may not wish to utilize all of these messages within your organization, so this option allows you to enabled or disable the messages you want to use.|
|Enable naming rules file||This option enables a rules-based file to analyze your code for naming conventions.|
|XML rules file location.||When enabled, specifies the location of the file which defines your naming conventions.|
