Subscription RenewalsIn order to improve our products and provide continued support, maintenance fees for qualified products are due annually starting one year from the date of purchase. You have 30 days after your support and maintenance subscription expires to renew your subscription. You must have a current license for the product you are purchasing a subscription for, and it cannot be more than 30 days since your existing subscription has expired. Please visit our “Price List” page for details on how fees are calculated. You will automatically receive an invoice when your maintenance fees are due, but you are welcome to contact sales at any time for an exact calculation.
